Mould Design & Development

At HPEW we believe that good quality injection moulding starts with mould design and experienced tooling engineers contributing to the early stages of new projects.

We have a fully equipped tool room providing our in-house mould-making team with the capability of undertaking all aspects of mould development and mould building.

With fully integrated machinery and software, we use 3D CAD models and CNC machines for mould building. This provides an accurate and efficient process, ensuring smooth mould development.

Our state of the art in house mould manufacturing facility comprising of latest CNC milling machines and other machines like EDM, ,Lathe, Milling Machine, , Drilling Machine & Surface Grinders from renowned companies.
